What is Openclaw and how is it different from ChatGPT or similar tools?

Openclaw is an autonomous AI agent platform. Unlike ChatGPT, it connects directly to your business tools — Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, email — and takes action on your behalf. It can draft emails, pull CRM data, post Slack updates, and run scheduled reports, all without you having to copy-paste between tools.

What does self-hosted vs. managed hosting mean?

Self-hosted means Openclaw runs on your own server or hardware — your data never leaves your premises. Managed hosting means we run it for you on secure, isolated infrastructure, so you don't need to worry about servers. Both options give you full ownership of your data and configurations.

What are the ongoing costs?

There's a one-time setup fee plus a monthly support fee. On top of that, AI agents use external models (like Claude or GPT) which have per-use API costs — you pay these directly to the AI provider. We help you estimate and optimize these costs. Most small teams spend under 1 000 SEK/month on API usage.

How long does setup take?

A typical setup with 1-3 agents and a few integrations takes 1-2 weeks. Larger configurations with complex workflows and many integrations take 2-4 weeks. Every setup is custom, so we give you a clear timeline after the discovery call.

Can I add more agents or integrations later?

Absolutely. You can add individual agents and integrations at any time. We design the setup to be modular so scaling up is straightforward.
